Terms and conditions of travel including
cancellations:
Your travel is subject to Moonraker Charters Conditions of travel, and these conditions are set out within this document:
Cancellation Policy for: Dolphin and Seal swim tour, Dolphin and seal sightseeing tour & Full Day Dolphin Encounter Day Tours Products: Bookings for 4 or less people: We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule, we kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice of cancellations, cancellation within 24 hours of departure or guests who do not turn up prior to departure will be charges 100% of the tour fees:For group of 5 or more people: cancellation will need to be received 48hours prior to departure, if cancellations are received outside of these times 50% of your tour fees will be charged, cancellations within 24hours of departure will be charges 100% of the tour fees along with guests who do not turn up on the day.
Please also note that changes to reservations will need to by made 24hours prior to departure or full tour fees will be charged.
Conditions for all Tours:
All cruises, tours and departures are subject to weather conditions.
Children are required to be accompanied by an adult during all activities.
All guests are required to sign a waver form to participate in the Dolphin and Seal swim & Dolphin and Seal Sightsee tour.
The wildlife we visit are very consistent in their habits and behaviours, however we ask you to approach every encounter with caution and respect and to never assume that we have any control over their appearance. Previous experience has shown that we work on a 94% success rate with respect to the dolphins.
The Fur Seals visit do migrate for breeding however their numbers are always strong and may vary in age during the summer months.
Please be aware that we make every effort to provide the best possible wildlife experience on the day however, there are no guarantees or refunds in the event of not finding any of the species listed in this brochure.
Tours depart from September the April (7 days a week) we are closed June, July, August for winter and also the 25th of December for Christmas.
Check-in time:
We recommend you check-in 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. If you do not check-in prior to your departure time this may result in you forfeiting the entire paid fare. Check-in opens 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The vessel will not be held for you if you arrive at the departure gate after this time, and you will forfeit your cruise fare.Credit Card Transactions:
Credit cards attract a surcharge of 3% on all cards. For conformation you may nominate to leave a credit card number, and then pay on arrival to avoid a surcharge.On board the vessel:
Food and beverages can be purchased on board. Our selection may differ between cruises, depending on cruise length and guest numbers. The range may include fresh sandwiches, snacks, confectionary, soft drinks, fruit juice, beer, wine and spirits. We apologise in advance if your desired choice is not available on your cruise. Please note that only alcohol that has been purchased from the on board café can be consumed on board. We advise guests to dress in accordance with the weather, as you may encounter a sea breeze whilst you are on board.Gift Vouchers Rules:
Guest who are traveling on board using a Moonraker Dolphin Swims gift voucher, will need to consider the following conditions of travel:Gift vouchers are non refundable, however if you cannot use the voucher yourself within the valid time, you may give the voucher to another person.
Gift vouchers need to be redeemed by telephoning Moonraker Dolphin Swim booking office 03 5984 4211.
Gift Vouchers are printed with an expiree date, unfortunately the gift voucher are not refundable or transferable to another season. However if you like you wish to use the voucher next season you can pay a re-issue fee of $25.00 per person, this will extend your voucher for 12 months.
If your cruise is cancelled due to bad weather, we are happy for you to nominate an alternate date of travel.

Agent Booking:
Moonraker Dolphin Swims, tours and activities are sold through many agents including On-line, International and face to face agents.Your tickets and travel documents are supplied form the agent you have booked through.
Moonraker Dolphin Swims obligation is to supply the purchased activity subject to our terms and conditions. Refunds and activity changes are to be sought directly through the agent you have booked and paid with.
We have no responsibility for the service you receive from an out side agent, nor do we give warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to their terms and conditions and limitations by these providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific agent and not Moonraker Dolphin Swims.
